Bergamot is widely used in aromatherapy, as it is very versatile and complements many other essential oils. Blend it with either Frankincense or Lavender to help soothe and uplift the senses. - Nourish and rejuvenate the body with a few drops added to a massage oil - Mix in with a cleansing hand gel to maximise its antibacterial properties, and softly scent hands - Add 2-3 drops of bergamot essential oil to an aroma diffuser to encourage happiness and prosperity in your home. - Refresh and revive both skin and mind by adding 5 drops to a 100ml spritz bottle filled with water.
